This is for you if you want to be accountable for your improving your wellness over the 30 days and beyond.

We will be working through 4 pillars of Reflection, Connection, Balance and Empowerment. 

This will be done through daily tasks set on a weekly basis, using breathing practice, journalling, gentle movement, self care activities and more. Daily commitment is 3 minutes, 3 times a day!
