We may record your personal information at various times, for example when you visit our Website, register on our Website, purchase a service/ class, use our services or contact us. We record information such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, domain name, position and company name.

We also record and make available to authorised client account holders their order history and graphic file data.

We do not share any of your personal information with third parties without your permission. We only record and process your personal information in order to deliver services to our clients and keep you up to date (if you wish). Sometimes, we will use your personal information to send you important information, for example concerning changes to our general terms and conditions or this privacy statement. Your data is stored according to GDPR regulations.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

1. Deposit
Please note your payment for ANY booking includes a 25% non-refundable booking deposit.​

2. Refund Eligibility
Only full priced bookings will be refunded if eligible. No sale / Package bookings will be refunded (see point 7). To be eligible for a refund, cancellation must occur at least 14 days prior to the course/ session / workshop/ group class/ one to one class commencing. (please note point 1). You must inform The Little Hartly Wellness Club via email.

3. Cancellation
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to the workshop/ group class/ one to one class commencing will not be refunded, credit given or transferred.
No show to any service or missing a session due to sickness will not be refunded and credit will not be transferred, .

4. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items / Services:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Oils / Neals Yard Products received in class or via post
- Services that have been discounted, this includes Early Bird offers.
- Any course or class once started - see section 2.
- Missed sessions.

5. Sickness of Instructor:
Should an instructor for your session be unwell, this session will either be covered by a another appropriately qualified and insured instructor or will move online via Zoom or Other platform deemed suitable by The Little Hartly Wellness Club. If the instructor is unable to hold an online session at your regular date and time of class, you will be offered an alternative date for 1 catch up session. No catch up session will be offered if the consumer is unable to attend the zoom session (as per missed session being non-returnable/ refundable as section 4).

6. Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your refund, we require an invoice receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

7. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at littlehartly@gmail.com

8. Sale Items / Offers (if applicable)
Only full priced bookings may be refunded, unfortunately discounted bookings, including sale offers or Packages cannot be refunded.

9. Full Refunds
Full refunds will ONLY be given in the event of The Little Hartly Wellness Club cancelling an event.
