We only record and process your personal information in order to deliver services to our clients and keep you up to date (if you wish). 1. Policy duration
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund, credit or transfer (to another class).
Please note your payment for course bookings and workshops includes a 25% non-refundable booking deposit.
3. Refund eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must inform The Little Hartly Wellness Club via email at least 48 hours prior to the workshop/ group class/ one to one class commencing. Should you cancel more than 24, but less than 48 hours prior to class, you will receive credit or transfer to another workshop/ class / one to one of the same value or less.
Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the workshop/ group class/ one to one class commencing will not be refunded, credit given or transferred.
No show to workshops / classes/ one to one class will not be refunded and credit will not be transferred.
5. Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Oils received in class or via post
6. Refunds (if applicable)
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
8. Sale items / Offers (if applicable)
Only regular priced bookings may be refunded, unfortunately discounted bookings cannot be refunded.
If the item (Workshop/ Group Course / One-to-One Session) was marked as a gift when purchased and booked directly by you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your refund. Once the refunded item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
