Experience the relaxation, calm and connection of this gorgeous small group prenatal wellness event.
The Morning -
We begin this morning session with introductions and space to share experiences, thoughts or feelings, sharing as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
This is where our connection with others in building your village begins.
We practice meditation, where we set the tone for our calm morning, before moving on to breath work practice and some gentle prenatal yoga where you will enjoy relaxation and relief from the tension associated with pregnancy.
Then we concentrate on a short journaling practice, leaving our mind free from the things that no longer serve us, allowing the freedom to move forward in pregnancy feeling lighter and with a sense of calm.
We help you to prepare for the fourth trimester, first 1001 days of your baby and explore some newborn nurture techniques, to empower you with knowledge and skills for the arrival of your baby.
Before we say goodbye our morning ends with a gratitude circle, and an opportunity to chat and ask questions.
There will be breaks and refreshments throughout the morning.
