We invite you to take the time you deserve.. just for you! Experience the relaxation, calm and connection of this small group prenatal wellness event. We begin this morning session with introductions and space to share experiences, thoughts or feelings, sharing as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. This is where our connection with others in building your village begins. We practice a short meditation, where we set the tone for our calm morning, before moving on to breath work exercise, delivered by Lynsey and some energising prenatal yoga practice, delivered by Lucy. We will concentrate on a short journaling practice, leaving our mind free from the things that no longer serve us, allowing the freedom to move forward in pregnancy feeling lighter and with a sense of calm. We will discuss how to prepare for the fourth trimester, the first 1001 days of your baby and explore some newborn nurture techniques, delivered by Lynsey, to empower you with knowledge and skills for the arrival of your baby, before we move our bodies again to another prenatal yoga practice but this time we slow down for you to enjoy relaxation and relief from the tension associated with pregnancy. Before we say goodbye our morning ends with a gratitude circle, and opportunity to chat and ask questions. There will be breaks and refreshments throughout the morning.
