Imagine a beautiful space where you're welcomed in, you settle into your space and can breathe a sigh of relief that you have some dedicated time to creating calm and relaxation. Get ready to learn some new skills and tricks that can help soothe, settle and support your little one. Each sessions starts and ends with you, because you deserve it! This 5 week course not only offers you the opportunity to learn the beautiful lifelong skill of baby massage, but creates calm in your chaos. We talk, we laugh, sometimes we cry, we share and support one another, create community and connection. Classes are always baby-led, if they want to nap, feed or just snuggle for the session we will always be led by them, don't worry we recap on the previous session so you won't miss out! Week by week we focus on massaging a different area of the body, practice parent relaxation and have time to chat to connect with other Mums. Dads/ partners are of course welcome to join us, but please do let me know in advance. The sessions are here to support you in deepening the bond and connection with your new little love and also to offer support to you as a new parent, be it your first or fourth baby. Baby massage has been practiced for hundreds of years around the world and supports: Baby's digestive system, circulation, bone and muscle development and brain development. Creates calm for you and baby. Promotes bonding and connunication. Can help to relieve colic symptoms, constipation, trapped wind. And SO much more!
