The Circle Course -
The One for Mums

Starting Fri 8th Sept in Thames Ditton

 

These sessions are one for the Mums.

Our Circle course has been created for all Mums, you are welcome whether you have done a course or retreat with us or not. 

Circles have been used to create connection and community for hundreds of years and are a great way to take some time for yourself, reflect on your day or week, have a chat and get things off your chest, time to journal, be still, find calm. 

A Mother Circle is a safe space, where you can sit quietly with other mums and babies to reflect on where you are right now in your journey of motherhood. To celebrate all your wins and also focus on the things that you might be finding a little more challenging. You will be seen and heard. You are no longer invisible. We see you in the Mother Circle. 

It's a space where you are welcomed and held and you can come exactly as you are. Everyone is welcome. Babies will need feeding, nappies will need changing, and babies will cry. This is all as it should be. And mums may cry too. All of your emotions are welcomed and held within the Circle.

Each session has a structure, however it can be adapted each week based on what the group needs. 

 

During the course you will learn a range of relaxing and restorative yoga, relaxation techniques, gratitude practice, journalling practice and have an opportunity to share as much or as little as you like, meet other Mums and create some calm and feel like yourself.
