Mother Circles

These sessions are one for the Mums.

Circles have been used to create connection and community for hundreds of years and are a great way to take some time for yourself, reflect on your day or week, have a chat and get things off your chest, time to journal, be still, find calm. 

You will learn a range of relaxation techniques, gratitude practice, have an opportunity to share as much or as little as you like, meet new Mums and create some calm and feel like yourself.
